Parabolas are not only used in math but also they are used in real life. Throughout this blog we aim to show how parabolas are found in dolphins.  This idea will be portrayed through the exploration of basic parabola concepts such as the reflection, axis of symmetry, vertex location, horizontal and vertical translation and vertical stretch and compression.  Overall, this method is going to show how math is connected to real world.  This will all be summed up with a video, which can be found at the end.
